Shipping Information:

Standard orders, for items in stock, ship the following business day and priority delivery normally takes 3-5 business days. Once your package has left our store, you will receive an email from Speak and Company with information that will help you track your order while in transit.

We package our products with the same pride and quality we put into creating them. Our items come nestled in a black satin drawstring pouch. If a gift box is needed, please indicate at checkout.  They are then tucked into a protective envelope prior to being enclosed in the carrier's shipping package. All of our packages are insured and traceable.

Refunds and Returns:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it for an exchange or refund within 90 days. The purchase price of the item will be credited back to your original method of payment. For your protection, we recommend you insure your package and use a shipping method that provides package tracking.
